About Us

Thomas Caterers of Distinction is proud to announce: D'Amore, Events of Indianapolis. Our goal was to bring to Indianapolis a events venue like nothing else in the city of Indianapolis. After spending over a year searching for that perfect space, the 48th floor of Chase Tower became available and we knew we had found our new home.

The name D'Amore is very special to us. In addition to the word itself being synonymous with Love, D'Amore is a family name of Sue Thomas-Crannell and her daughter Kelly Early, Co-Owners of Thomas Caterers of Distinction. Pictured below  are (from left) Sue's Mother Adele, Aunt Rose (beautiful bride), Grandmother Assunta and Grandfather Joe, all D'Amore's. Though they are no longer with us, Adele passed away when Sue was just 6 years old, and Aunt Rosie, who raised Sue passed just recently, we fondly honor their memory. We have always prided ourselves in being a family-oriented company, as well as a close nit family in our office. Therefore it is only fitting that we remind ourselves of our deep commitment to our family members both personally and professionally who have been so instrumental in helping make this vision a reality.
