Rental Prices include: In-house Audio and Video package (including microphones, sound system and 4 60" TV's with DirecTV, DVD and computer hook-up capabilities), use of on-site 5' round tables & 400 chameleon chairs, use of LED up-lighting, one Chase Tower lobby security guard and 6 hours of event time.

Additional fees not included: After hours building charge, security, additional A/V needs and any external rental needs.

Additional event hours may be purchased for $750 per hour and must be written into your contract prior to the start of the event. Extending the event during the event is not possible.

For events serving alcoholic beverages, additional security will be needed at $45 per hour per guard.

A $500 refundable damage deposit is required with every rental and will be returned within 30 - 60 days after the conclusion of the event pending no damages occur.
